Standing Tall Tuesday- Posture For Confidence

Did you know our feet play a key roll in our CONFIDENCE???

We all already know when we are quick on our feet, we are agile and nimble and we feel comfortable about our balance, our overall confidence in ourselves and our ability to move in the world is high.  When these areas start to fail, our confidence begins to diminish with them.

Our feet, although small, play a tremendous part in our lives. They are our base of support and they support a tremendous amount of weight for their size. 

Proper foot, ankle and toe strength, mobility and flexibility are vital for keeping us standing upright and continuing to move well in life.

Go easy in the beginning, but start to put more emphasis on your feet, ankles and toes in your workouts and daily life. Wiggling and stretching toes, carefully rolling, strengthening and stretching your ankles and providing weight-bearing exercises for your legs and feet are great opportunities to make your feet happy!🤗

Before you know it, you’ll be standing taller and walking with a little more swagger again!  This is what we all want, right!?!
