I’m just gonna be straight up honest with y’all. I’ve been a WORRIER all my life. 🙋🏻♀️ There, I admitted it! My grandmother was a huge worrier and I’m pretty sure it’s a trait passed down from her. 😂

I’m here to tell ya, it’s no way to live. Constant worrying about what could go wrong, how will things work out, what if it all falls apart?
Well, I’m here to tell you, it CAN and sometimes does ALL FALL APART! I know! I’m speaking from experience here.
Now, doesn’t that make y’all feel better?
But, do you know what? I look back on all the hard times and all those times I was wringing my hands and pacing the floors and stewing over my problems and I can say that worrying did nothing but make me miserable and probably made matters worse! Ever hear of a self- fulfilling prophecy? I’m pretty sure I was the poster child.
Worrying is never going to prevent the bad from happening. Worry only makes our life a living hell and keeps us from experiencing all the joy and good there is to see and feel in the moment.
I’m still not completely worry-free these days, by any means. But, I’ve made it a goal to WORRY LESS! If I’m all about FEELIN GOOD, then WORRY needs to leave the building! Am I right or am I right?
To be the greatest version of ourselves, to walk in confidence and self assurance, we have to learn to give WORRY the boot and have faith that everything works out one way or another. And, I can speak from experience on this one too!
