“What part of you tends to wobble first when life feels “off-balance”? -Your body, your confidence, or your outlook on life?”

Feeling off-balance isn’t just physical—it’s mental and emotional. But when you train your body to find its center, your confidence follows.
The Hidden Link Between Balance, Confidence and Our Outlook:
We all know that balance affects our posture, our movement and how well we get around physical objects in life. But we rarely think about how our balance can affect our perpective, our outlook and how we enter a room.
Physical balance is a key component to create trust in our bodies and this translates into how we speak, create, and relate with others.
Why Balance Becomes More Important After 40:
Hormonal changes, stress, and lack of movement can impact our equilibrium, our mobility and how sure we are on our feet.
Many creative women 40+ begin to feel physically changes which lead to postural adjustments.
As we age and start to lose confidence in how we move in the world, this also begins to affect our confidence and general outlook on life. Not everything seems possible anymore. There seem to be more obstacles- mentally, physically and emotionally.
This is why maintaining or restoring our physical balance is extremely important to our quality of life after 40. It reminds our nervous system: “I’m safe. I’m strong. I’ve got this!”
3 Simple Balance Practices to Build Embodied Confidence and A Better Outlook On Life(do these with care):
