💪 Movement Boosts Creative Thinking –
A landmark Stanford study (Oppezzo & Schwartz, 2014) found that people who walked (indoors or outdoors) generated up to 60% more creative ideas than those who sat. This increase in divergent thinking — the ability to come up with multiple, original ideas — is essential for problem-solving, art, and innovation.

💥💥💥 Walking and movement -ie. moving your joints- literally shift how the brain fires and helps to open new pathways of thought.

💪 Embodied Cognition: Your Body Thinks, Too – The Embodied Cognition Theory suggests that your thoughts are deeply influenced by your physical state.
Your gestures, posture, and movement patterns influence how you process ideas and how confidently you express them.

💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 Take Action! Your Daily “Joint Action” Practice: Try this simple daily embodiment ritual: Turn on some soft, rythmic music. Close your eyes and begin to let your body move as it likes with the music. Continue with your eyes closed for at least 5-10 minutes.

🤔 Final Thought:
Creativity doesn’t start in your head.
It starts in your joints. Let them move. Let them unlock your confidence, your ideas, your feminine fire.
